Very professional. They kept in touch throughout the process of our job (replacing multiple ceiling fixtures), and Brandy was particularly notable for working with us in a positive and professional manner. Their quote was reasonable, and when the job called for some extra equipment not originally quoted, they stuck to the quote and did not charge us. Most important, unlike some other electricians, they called and/or showed up when they said they would. Sean, one of the technicians on the job, was also very helpful with tips about how to handle the sensitive halogen lamps that needed to be installed. Overall, a great experience. We recommend them highly.

Lousy service. They came out to provide an estimate and said they would contact me once the estimate was ready. Never heard anything in two weeks so I reached out and no one was picking up or answering back my voicemails. It seemed as though they were out of business. I tried one more time a week later and talked to Brandy who talked to the owner and said they were to busy to do the job. She had the nerve to say "to respect your time we can't do the job since we are so busy." My answer to her and the owner was "nice to know this after me waiting for three weeks to find out they were not interested. Don't recommend this small time mom and pop electrician. There are many more reliable electricians in the area. Skip this one!

I had a lightning strike on a Saturday evening that seemed to take out about half the circuits in the house. After trying every breaker I could, I searched and found Horizon Electric here on Google advertising 24 hour service. I was patched through to the owner’s cell phone and even at 9:15 on a rainy Saturday night he came right over within 10 minutes. Luckily, the problem was easily solved by flipping one main breaker that I had missed. James was extremely gracious and spent a few extra minutes helping me understand the panels for this house into which we had recently moved. James and Horizon Electric are now my go-to firm for all my electrical needs.
