The plumbers they send out are mostly professional. They'll know how to fix whatever you need, and while the costs are high for the actual parts they put in, it's always an outstanding job.
We had a heat recovery system that needed to be disconnected and the pipes capped. They responded right away, arrived when they indicated they would, were efficient and very tidy. The cost was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend.
Barry came out, was very professional. He found the problem with our hot water heater and bam problem fixed. Will definitely use this company again if we need something done.
