A few days ago, an employee named Thomas came out to look at some issues that I was having with my water heater. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain it to me in a way I understood, and offer multiple solutions at different price points. I had a great experience with Bay 2 Bay! Their technician, Thomas, was very professional and on time (which I’ve had an issue with other companies in the past). I felt as though the price was right for the amount of work that he did in my guest bathroom. He also helped fix an issue I was having with my ice machine line.
