In Sept 2022, we had Alex out to connect our generator to our electrical panel and completely rework our electrical panel while he was here. That work was excellent. Now, Aug 2023, it's time to put in a stand-alone outlet at the water well for the water purifucation system. Pete responded to the call. During some of the most miserable weather, Pete dug 80 ft of trench and put in that conduit, ran the electrical and got that electrical outlet installed at the well. He had several challenges in connecting to power. But Pete and CJ figured it out. They accomplished the task quickly and cleaned up after themselves - you never know they were here. Pleasure to have at the house.

Our panel box had a damaged bus bar that we had called the installer (new construction) to fix. It was going to be two weeks before they could just come look at it (despite having photos from an inspector). From there, they said they would need to submit a permit to the county and it could take days/weeks to fully repair and fix. We were in the process of selling our home and time was not an option. I called Mr. Electric, they had someone out to our house to diagnose, present a repair price and order the parts (which they picked up that morning). In total, we had the part repaired in under 5 hours. The quote was significantly higher than we received from the competing electrician (even though the other company never actually came out to inspect); however, I had a lot more confidence in their knowledge and craftsmanship than the competing electrician.
