Company did a siding repair and estimate on siding replacement. Worked with Will and Chris. Both were pleasant and courteous and got the job taken care of quickly and efficiently! Will definitely be working with them again when the time comes to replace the siding completely!
All of this horrible reviews are correct Will Stogner is the most rudest and unprofessional I have ever dealt with and will never ever call on him again. He claims he's helping so that he can charge you more money and does not let you talk ask or explain. and if you try he hangs up on you claiming you are harrasing him and his company. TERRIBLE RUDE customer service. DON"T EVER USE THIS place. They are not professioanl!! The phone interaction was terrible once I expressed frustration with how they were handling my appointment the CSR on the 3-way call said to the tech hey Bernard were hanging up on her!! I'm not sure how they are in business... STAY AWAY
