I reached out on a Thursday around 3 PM and spoke with Claudia, who was wonderful, and she had me booked for an appointment at 9 AM the next morning. Jordan, who is truly the GOAT, came out and was able to do an inspection of the work needed and provide a comprehensive and clear explanation of the work that should be done and the costs associated.
