Extremely disappointed. After repeatedly asking how much will it cost, the technician carried on with the work. My fault for being busy with conference calls but total sticker shock at the end. 1 switch, 1 outlet, about 40 of wire costs $1100!?!? Then tried to up-sell me on a “plan”. I really didn’t want to pay but he did the work despite not giving me a quote, I honored my commitment. I should have charged him for the mess he left in my workshop. Beware with this company.

I waited a few weeks to get over the anger at the price. I admit I am not completely over the anger. I have used Belco a number of times and liked the service they provide and seem to be great people (only reason for a 2 instead of a 1) but after being shocked at the prices several times it forced me to search the avg price for an electrician in America $40–$120 per hour. I had a GFCI replaced that kept blowing BUT told the guy it was probably a distribution issue. He replaced the receptacle took no longer than 15 minutes and was driving out my driveway when the circuit tripped again. Add the 194 to their 'minimum' charge you can see how it would frustrate any customer. I like to choose my charity's at Christmas time but this was the last straw for paying the highest prices in America for "trying" to fix my issue. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

I called Belco for electrical service. The office staff was efficient and responsive. Technician, Paul, arrived (on time) to install a new circuit for our new ductless heat pump system. He was thorough, professional and personable. We were extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend Belco to anyone who needs electrical services. We will definitely use them again.
