I called this company on a Saturday and spoke to a polite woman named "Tammy". A technician was scheduled for a couple days later. Rod came to my house early and after listening to the problem was able to repair my downstairs shower in a timely manner before lunch. Very professional and friendly staff. Great experience! Easy to call and make an appointment. Andrew was on time and very good. We had bubbling in our toilet just on the beginning of the flush and no other issues anywhere else. Andrew was able identify with a few questions and testing that it was the toilets themselves that caused that behavior due to the size of the flapper and not any vent or clog issues. He was able to explain it very well and let us know we had nothing to worry about.
