I called this company on a Saturday and spoke to a polite woman named "Tammy". A technician was scheduled for a couple days later. Rod came to my house early and after listening to the problem was able to repair my downstairs shower in a timely manner before lunch. Very professional and friendly staff. We’ve used plumbing express multiple times for several different properties and they have always been very professional and transparent. On more than one occasion David Roark has been to a property and been amazing. He’s always courteous, walks us through the problem and the solution he’s proposing.
