Plumbing Express

We used this service for a quote to repair a tankless water heater issue. The service tech, Dylan, was professional, polite and thorough. He discussed all options and answered all questions. He provided a quote for the work before he left and we felt so good about the interaction that we have decided to move forward with the best option presented. The pipe on our basement ruptured and of course we find out we had the polyethylene pipes that were outlawed. We were referred to Plumbing Express to get the house re-piped and we were not disappointment. They re-piped our house in ONE day! The workers were professional, on-time, friendly, cleaned up quickly and gone by 5pm; they arrived at 8:30am. The entire team from Ted to Lauren were responsive to our questions. Everything they said would happen occurred when it was supposed to, expect they finished in one day instead of two ????. They protected our floors, walls and plastic protected from the ceiling to the floor. The next step is for the drywall team to come in and seal back the cuts made during the process (all covered in-house under one bill). We would highly recommend Plumbing Express and their team!

Daniel was awesome, walked me through, found the complicated issue quickly by running through things it COULD BE, took video, sent to me, had me look to see when he found it…very transparent. turned out WAY less expensive than I thought.
