Great customer service is obviously Dr. Roof’s strong point from beginning to end of the roofing & gutter replacement process. The staff & teams were prompt, polite, professional & took pride in their job; it was like dealing with your best friend! I would recommend Dr. Roof unreservedly.
Dr Roof installed our roof in 2014 and did a great job. Recently (2023), we called Dr Roof regarding a small lead on 2/12 pitch section over our screened in porch. They responded quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Their technician, Jose, was extremely thorough and diligent and we are very pleased with what he did.
