We had two specific issues...an emergency repair from a limb that pierced the slate and plywood roof leaving a hole into the attic and general restoration on the entire slate roof. GR&R got us an immediate quote including a set of drone pictures that showed the issue clearly and were able to complete the work quickly. The roof repair was excellent and the refurbishment of the roof makes it look like new. They were on-time, on budget, cleaned up every day and were responsive to all requests.
