Had a lot of glitches with installation crew, but the lady dispatcher Felicia was so kind, and was able to cool me down. She went over and above to make this purchase of my new AC unit okay. Also Anthony explained thoroughly what was wrong with my old unit, and promised to find one that is affordable for us. Although the installation crew had numerous glitches as I mentioned before, the end result was okay. Many Kudos to Felicia and Anthony. Service: Installation

The price of the bill was way to high after finding out the price of the part that was replaced. I paid over $300 to have a Duel Capacitor replaced which doesn't cost over $15 and to have it installed in under 30 minutes. I was informed that my hvac system freon drained out and once I got a quote, I said no, the cost is way to much. Service: HVAC system repair
