Percy was a life saver when two tenants' power went out on Christmas Eve in 15 degree weather. He was able to come out the same day, was very professional, very easy to communicate with and went the extra mile to make sure the heat was turned back on in the units before leaving. Percy showed up when he said he would, took care of the job quickly, and charged exactly what he said he would.
