Undisclosed and exorbitant charges that surprised my credit card account over 30 days later. Unreasonable and defensive staff. Plumber was friendly and effective, but can't stomach awarding a second star.

I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies in the past, but this one is by far the worst. Unfortunately for my community, we have no choice in plumbing services as this was the go-to plumbers from the HOA (this will be changing soon). Their office manager, Amy, misinformed us of when the plumber would arrive to fix the plumbing issue. I took a day off of work and waited to the plumber to arrive in the morning, only to find out at noon that the plumber had been rescheduled to more "priority" clients and that he would not arrive until 2pm. I had to call my HOA manager to have him reach out to this company as they refused to answer or return my phone calls. This was after I had already scheduled with her to have a plumber arrive 3 days prior. She spent more time on the phone telling me how fraudulent other plumbing companies instead of working on building the trust and integrity of her own. Plumbers are numerous in the Atlanta area. I would recommend anyone looking for honest

I hire one of there techs to go to my homes to Install a brand new Ac unit in and out and paid the tech up front . It has been 2 weeks and still the job not done. Company say it’s nothing they can do. I call and text the tech, all he do when he answer is lie… At this point we have started the process to report everyone as a scam, contact police and BBB. All we want is our money back for the outside unit that we didn’t get.
