Undisclosed and exorbitant charges that surprised my credit card account over 30 days later. Unreasonable and defensive staff. Plumber was friendly and effective, but can't stomach awarding a second star.
Mattus Company has fixed plumbing repairs for me twice and the were efficient very knowledgeable.. Will call again for any plumbing problem. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair
I hire one of there techs to go to my homes to Install a brand new Ac unit in and out and paid the tech up front . It has been 2 weeks and still the job not done. Company say it’s nothing they can do. I call and text the tech, all he do when he answer is lie… At this point we have started the process to report everyone as a scam, contact police and BBB. All we want is our money back for the outside unit that we didn’t get.
