Love the home depot! Great customer service
They came to measure my room for carpet, then when they came back with the quote they had my room dimensions as being 1 x 1 larger than the actual room is and from what the man who measured the room actually told me it was. When i asked for an explanation, they said they go off what dimensions are entered in the computer, which were off by a foot in each direction. Ended up with a refund for my measurement fee but no one seemed to care about the shady practice of adding square feet to my room in addition to the 20, extra they have to add to accout for seams.
Always good service. Love love home depot!
