Meh..hire a pro who's in the field, not a 3rd party sub-comtractor. But, I am biased.
Love the home depot! Great customer service
I'd like to be able to say I had experienced atleast positive or negative customer service. But I frankly received none, I stood in front of the customer service desk for about 3 minutes without being acknowledged by the three women all standing back behind the counter. Mind you this was not returns but customers service. When I finally and kindly asked if I would be helped they dismissively without looking up said in a fea minutes, when one of them had seriously just been texting on there phone during the entirety of me standing there. All I had was wanting to ask simply what was the 1800 number for siding installation. They lost my business and future business which has always been substantial. Sad the corporate store is allowed to be so miserably managed and lack of customer service at there own front counter.
