Fraser Roofing (and Robert in particular) was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the process of getting my new roof approved through insurance after a storm caused a limb to come down on my house. My insurance company (I will gladly throw them under the bus.....Allstate) was very difficult to work with and were not willing to pay out for my roof as they rightfully should have. It was a very long back and forth process, but Robert helped every step of the way and provided excellent communication and guidance throughout. In the end, my roof was covered under insurance with my only out of pocket expenses being my deductible. I could not be more pleased with the end result after many months of lackluster service on my insurance company's part, and it appearing like I would have to front the bill. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs roof work done!!!!!
