Rosie's did excellent inspection and caught a problem, repaired the roof in a timely manner (before an expected heavy rain), and - wait for it - provided photos of the entire process. I asked for the photos and they quickly responded so we could determine if interior damage occurred. Highly, highly recommend this company. They also re-did my large porch roof because a previous roofer had put on the wrong roof type for the slope of the roof. They not only reset the skylight but got home and they had painted everything - they had asked if we had extra paint and got home to find the inside area painted and sealed...amazing amazing work and great team. Charlie and his team were on time, professional, and did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our ranch home and detached garage.
