I can't say enough good things about our plumber, Jack Garland! We thought he was coming for an easy appointment to swap in a new toilet but it turned into a day-long project. Our old toilet was installed incorrectly making the job more difficult to remove it and then we found out we needed a special size toilet instead of a standard one. Jack explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond driving all around to different toilet suppliers to find one who had what we needed in stock. Our hot water heater broke and it was in the ceiling in the men’s bathroom: Water destroyed the ceiling and almost the floor. We called these guys in a panic and there were there in no time. They came back the day after with all the right tools and a new hot water heater. When you have a small business you need companies you can rely on. We will definitely be using them in the future.
