I had a great first experience with Roto-Rooter Atlanta. My technician was Emmanuel who helped me to investigate and identify the cause of a leak dripping through my ceiling. I was not able to be present at my apartment while Emmanuel was visiting for his repairs but nevertheless he kept me informed of his progress by phone calls and sending video recordings. He also had to involve an upstairs neighbor and he was courteous in his explanation that our troubleshooting would be helped if she could turn on various showers, faucets, and other sources of water.
