Technician very nice. Company only interested in money. This is the filter they left. Spent hours on the phone trying to get proper size delivered as promised and they told me it would take 5 days! Had to escalate and talk to a supervisor.

I was amazed at same day service. Thought it would take weeks in this intense heat. Trevor was here on time, very courteous, professional and explained everything. He did not try to hard sale me.He presented what the company had to offer without pressure. He did a darn good job. The company was recommended by my next door neighbor as he has been using its services for years. I certainly will do the same. My pets were getting lethargic and are back to being themselves. We really appreciated the 3 men who installed out new HVAC system. They came on time, worked well together, answered our question, listened to our concerns and cleaned up after themselves.
