I was charged $315 for a 30-minute visit, which concluded in the technician stating my unit was irreparable. This was the correct diagnosis, as verfied by a different company. I was mainly disappointed by the lack of clarity on pricing communicated by the scheduler and that the simple visits cost included a $272/hr labor rate line item. Be prepared to pay a hefty fee for basic troubleshooting and diagnosis! When receiving quotes for a new system, Moncriefs quote was 40% higher than other local companies. I encourage you to consider other options, especially for new installs. No dispute on quality of work or timeliness of the technician and estimators visit.

Technician very nice. Company only interested in money. This is the filter they left. Spent hours on the phone trying to get proper size delivered as promised and they told me it would take 5 days! Had to escalate and talk to a supervisor.
