We were experiencing absolute high heat and my ac unit went out. I was able to get a tech from Bailey to come diagnose in just a few hours. I needed a new unit and it was installed within 2 days. My house was 91 degrees and Bailey loaned me a window unit for my bedroom so I could be cool for sleeping and to run in to escape the heat. I have heart issues and the heat was making me miserable. The techs gave me a window of 8-11 am, they were knocking on my door at 7:55. The techs were very professional at all times and didn't leave any trash or junk. They told me they should be finished by 2 pm and they were. Quality control called that afternoon to check with me to see if I was satisfied. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Bailey's Comfort Services.
