Veterans Heating and Air’s technician Michael came out to our home to offer a quote on a new AC unit. Before arriving, their company called to schedule a time that would work best for us. This was very helpful because we both work and have a dog who needs supervision while services like this are being performed. On the day before our scheduled service, a text message was sent to my phone to remind me of the service, and then on the morning of, another text was sent that displayed a picture of the technician and the time he would be arriving. He arrived at the earliest scheduled time, which was very convenient for me. Lastly, Michael demonstrated professionalism and respect for my home by putting on shoe covers before entering our home on a rainy day, taking care not to track mud and dirt through the house. ***Another company*** that we used in the past tracked mud all throughout our house, and left a big stain on our carpet.
