Busby's Heating & Air Conditioning

After booking my appointment, I got several emails and text messages to keep me informed. Janet called me to confirm as well then politely gave me a call the day before my appointment to ask if I was willing to have it moved up. The communication from the office was a 13 out of 10. The morning of, I received a text with a picture of my technician, his name (Randy), and a few fun bio facts. I thought that was really neat. He arrived in a professional and personal manner. He did great quality work just servicing and being sure my A/C and heating unit was in good condition. He changed my air filter for me and was very thorough in his time here. I felt safe having him in my home and on my property. He smiled the whole time while talking with us and never made me feel like I had to buy anything. He informed me my A/C unit was replaced in 2016 which I thought was the original unit since I bought the house only 2 years ago. A wonderful experience from Randy, Janet and Busby’s! I will continue

Taylor came out to do our annual service for our a/c and heating. He was very professional, ensured we were aware of the state of our system, and recommended installation of a surge protector for our compressor. It was a pleasure to have him perform our annual service. We hope to see him again next year.

Kelly is a through technician. He is knowledgeable; he takes pride in his work. He answers all questions; investigates any concerns the customer has. He explains everything he does to your system; his work is clean and done in a timely manor. The unit is as brand new, and ready for another summer season. Thank you Kelly.
