WOW! I didn't expect to see exactly the same thing that happened to us. They came out for a home warranty service, told them my electric was out of code so they denied the claim. Fixit also offered to fix our electric for more money. Called them and told them a licensed electrician put in our entire electrical system so it was up to code. NEVER AGAIN. A & E Electric here in North Augusta fixed the problem.

Hello I had and electrical issue on 6/8/2023 Joshua Weaver came out and diagnosed my issues incorrectly I had to pay choice warranty fee and him an additional 125.00’so that he could see what the problem was I was very disappointed in this company I want my 125.00 back and now they are try to send him again no thank you I don’t ever want him coming back to my home. It seems like he lied about the claim so choice Home would denied it so I would Have to pay him 6000 dollars. They are a rip off. I ask him to send me an invoice for the charge and he never did.

I was sent a guardian angel today! I had paid another plumbing company to fix my shower and they messed up. I called Fixit today and explained my dilemma and had hot water within a couple of hours.I will definitely use them when I need any other repair’s because the customer service was outstanding!
