Fixit

WOW! I didn't expect to see exactly the same thing that happened to us. They came out for a home warranty service, told them my electric was out of code so they denied the claim. Fixit also offered to fix our electric for more money. Called them and told them a licensed electrician put in our entire electrical system so it was up to code. NEVER AGAIN. A & E Electric here in North Augusta fixed the problem.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I was assigned this company/contractor through American Home Shield. Had a service appointment for an electrical issue on 6/07/23 the service window was from 9am-1pm. No call, no show. The technician called after 4 pm to say , that he could come the next day 6/08/23. He asked what time was good for me. When I replied that the morning worked best as I worked 3rd shift. He then replied all he had was 2pm-4pm. Why even ask what time I prefer, if you only have the afternoon available. So I tell him that's fine, " See you tomorrow, " Which he grunts, in response to. There was no apology for the no call no show, or any real acknowledgment of it. On 6/08/23 again, no call no show. I call AHS, and tell them I just flat out want another contractor assigned to me. It takes a week, of them not responding to AHS for my issue to be assigned to another company/contractor.
