It was a pleasure to do business with Christian Brothers. From the scheduling to the repair, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. I called for a problem with my AC not working. Even though they were busy they were able to fit me in their schedule quickly. I received an automated text and a phone call from the tech to let me know they were on the way. Robert, the technician, was patient to answer all of my questions and concerns, he explained and fixed the problem, and he even went beyond and took the time to look at a separate issue that I had not informed them of. I’m usually hesitant to share my great people and vendors with the world, but here it goes! I was referred to Christian Brothers Heating and Air when we needed a new HVAC unit replaced in 2019 after another vendor suggested I spend $18k on a new unit. I called the office and talked to Ms. Pamela and she was very helpful and responsive. The guys checked the unit and replaced it. I’m pretty sure based on other quotes I’ve heard about they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Since then we have them come out and service our units each year. I also just had to call them about an issue and they fixed it up- no problem. Robert our AC guy for the maint call was super friendly and professional. You can tell when you interact with the people in the office and the field team that they run like a family. I’m also super impressed with the technology they use to keep you updated on your appointments. I got a text that the person was on the way with his picture. Anyway, I can’t say enough

Without reservations, I highly recommend this company. I received 4 quotes and met 4 different heating & air salesmen before I chose Christian Brothers to install my AC/ Heating unit in July. Each company was different and had different recommendations. This is a big decision and I wanted it done right. I am an educator and I don't know anything about Heating & Air. I have an older home and wanted someone to help me trouble shoot multiple issues. Christian Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company that really listened. All my questions were answered and they explained everything that needed to be done and discussed many options before they gave me a quote. I am pleased to say the temperature is even upstairs and downstairs; first time in 40 years. I LOVE the heat! I don't get the blast of cold air when it comes on, like other systems. I am writing this review on Christmas Eve because it's a very cold night and I have my thermostat on 70 and it feels like 76 degrees.
