I called Mike at U-Name-it to evaluate my rental property home after a storm. His team were quick to schedule and to arrive. Once they determined the damage, they worked with my insurance company to get everything fixed and looking good. They did a through job of cleaning up my yard and drive way of all debris and nails when they finished working. Highly recommend.
They came out quickly when I noticed the stain on my ceiling during the storm. Investigated and repaired the problem right then Replaced area around chimney and all rotted wood they found quickly and professionally. I was pleased with the way they cleaned up and explained the process, showing me what was wrong. Pricing was very fair.
