The team installed my new roof, but they also took my gutters. The gutters were not in the contract. The company continually says I'm the top priority, but they haven't done anything yet and it has been three weeks. They also broke my cinder block wall in the back yard. The wall was busted in three different places about five feet apart. No way this could have been an accident. If it was, why won't anyone from the company call me back? I had an awkward leak in my roof, a metal roof with a poor design was partially to blame. I live in a rural area, and there are not many option for services. I had a handful of people look at my roof. Mostly local private contractors. Everyone said they would fix it, but never offered any real solutions. I went 2 years trying to find a solution. Then, Whitt's was recommended to me. I can't say in words how professional they are, and I am extremely relieved they finally fixed my roof. Although I was only given one option to fix the problem, which was to commercial spray the roof and was costly, Whitt's stands by their work. If they can fix it, they will only do it the right way. Yes, a small leak cost me $7,000 to fix, but the piece of mind is priceless. I could have paid a private contractor less, but who knows where I would have ended up. Whitt's 10 year warranty says a lot about the company and how they do business. I feel secure in spending my money with them. I highly recommend.
