D Best Electrical Service

Mr. Samuel Ware saved the day! Something unprepared for went wrong when siding was being installed on our house. The power company disconnected the power temporarily as requested but when they went back out to restore power, the access point had been dropped “by someone “. We needed an electrician! Mr. Ware had recently fixed an old electrical issue in the house so my son called him. Thank goodness Mr. Ware came quickly, fixed the issue and handled having the power company restore power. My son had power and didn’t have to sleep in a motel like the previous freezing night! We’d call him back any day for electrical work done right and done promptly. Electrician Charged $65.00 for coming out and misdiagnosing My breaker! He told me and my husband that we needed an entire new breaker! He stated he would need an additional 250$ for labor and 160$for the breaker. (We googled it for 67$ at Home Depot) We got a second opinion and turned out to be a loose screw! This literally happened in less than 24hrs. The screw showed discoloration which was alarming to the guy who gave us the second opinion. This guy is not efficient and definitely not D Best!!! Go elsewhere! We called for a refund or even partial refund but he was rude and hung up.

I called MR.D best electrical today at 4:00 o’clock about my meter box he ask for da address so he can come look at it I gave him the address an come in about 20mins I called him back to tell him I just need da meter box done an that’s all he stated that he was always at da location he ask were I was I told him I was about 6 mins away he told me he don’t wanna do the job anymore an hug up in my face I called me to see what’s was wrong he said that he anit wanna do it no more I didn’t understand an I still don’t understand y he anit wnna do da job……but I still wnna thank him for coming out to look …
