Referred by a neighbor. Needed to replace aging A/C and Furnace for my Dad's house. Their service was excellent from beginning to end. Rick is very knowledgeable and professional. Let me tell you how amazing Prator Heating and Air is and I promise I’ll try to keep it at a minimum. For two years I’ve had to contact CoolRay regarding my air going out every year around this time. Each time I had to pay $200. This year when I contacted the company for the same issue, I was told that I would have to pay $600. To make a long story short, I told them NO because they never told me what the issue was and they still charged me $85 for coming out. I reached out to my brother because I remember he had a unit installed by Prator Heating and Air. When I called the company, I spoke with Rick. He came out the next day (a holiday at that) and gave me a detailed explanation regarding the real issue why my home wasn’t cooling. Now my little ones and I are enjoying the AC. I definitely recommend this company, especially for their availability, professionalism, and thoroughness. Service: Heating system installation
