I had a kitchen drain problem. I called Gene's and set up an estimate appointment. They sent out their tech Michael. He assessed the problem and they gave me a price. I had an issue with my dishwasher being in the way, but once I took care of that, he called, then came and finished the job. He showed me the clogged up pipe, and ran the water, to make sure that the problem was fixed. I would definitely used them again.
The have lots of different things to sell .needed a seal for the bathroom faucet no one else had it .the house is real old and it is very hard to find. Replacement parts .Gene's plumbing has a variety of old and new items .
They’re service is extremely overpriced. Had my valve turned in the shower to make the water hotter and that was $181. Please learn from my mistake and search YouTube for DIY jobs before this company overcharges you. Stay away Service: Shower repair
