1, They did not show up for 8am appointment(assuming the first appointment for today) until we called them why they are not here. And they asked our address which we already gave them 3 days ago. Yellow flag #1. 2, They did not introduce themselves when they finally showed up, and they were not wearing masks to visit our house during this COVID-19 pandemic. Red flag #1 2, Pricing was not clear. Their "boss" said it would cost us $200 to $300 and of course the final price was $300 for just changing some washers/o-rings. And I found out my neighbor who called them today as well for toilet issue (remove the toilet and Roto-Rooter because someone had flushed a rag into the toilet. ) also got charged for $300. How that even this pricing possible??? Huge red flag #2 We will call them for any issue never again.
C & R Plumbing is the best company in the metro Atlanta area, It has served thousands of customers since the 1962's. This company has done a lot of plumbing for me. The owner has a lot of knowledge in the plumbing industry, and he communicates very well with his customers before, during, and after the job is complete. Best Company around, will use this company every time.
Billed $350 for what I thought would be a diagnosis and clearing at my business location only to have the same problem within a week, and to be offered another visit with more equipment. Of course now all the bells and whistles can come out, when I called to have my problem fixed correctly the first time. Thanks Mike.
