I scheduled an appointment for a water heater repair, because my warranty company told me they work with Adams Plumbing a lot. Okay, so I thought that meant we would have a good experience. My husband scheduled the appointment for about 12:00pm on Wednesday (11/25/20) , we were told we would get a call when the technician was 30 minutes out, to make sure someone would be there. My husband and I both work so I arranged for someone to be at my house about this time. I get a call at 8:45am that someone will be at my house in 15 minutes. I told the representative that we had an appointment for 12:00 and no one was at home. She said they had a cancelation and wanted to head that way. I was able to get someone to come to the house. I'm not sure what the technician said since I wasn't home, but I tried to call the office at lunch to see what the outcome was. The person who was at my house said that the technician would contact Rheem. We weren't given a time frame on how long this would be. I

Wouldn't even give them one star. The creeps that showed up at my house cursed at me when I asked them to remove their muddy boots, and were very aggressive to the point of scaring me. I regret ever letting them in my home. Do not use this plumber. Shady doesn't even begin to describe.
