I had a fairly complicated issue regarding a tripped breaker and ground fault that was difficult to locate and the Mister Sparky guys were able to diagnose the issue and fix it in much less time than I expected. They were professional and cleaned up after they were done. They also communicated the issue to me very well. I feel confident that the issue is fixed and that my house is now safe. Thomas was so helpful in that he offered solutions to the lighting problems within our home. The work was completed efficiently. He made sure that we were completely satisfied & he cleaned everything up before leaving. He was very personable, experienced & professional.

James did a wonderful job replacing the damaged dryer outlet and he made sure to take the time and explain what caused the damage in the old outlet first before proceeding to install the new one. His partner took the time to explain what he was doing as he was going from room to room in the house to do a safety inspection.
