July 23rd, 2023 ,I had the opportunity to receive service from Benjamin Franklin plumbing and it was the best plumbing service experience that I have received!! The technician, Michael "T" Thurman was very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and respectful. The job was tedious and his work effort was steadfast and unwavering and the end result was more than what we expected. We highly recommend and encourage anyone who needs quality plumbing to call Benjamin Franklin and to try Michael's expertise. The prices,too, are reasonable.
We had an emergency call out, and Michael Thurman showed up and did an amazing job sorting our issue out. We had a time delay on the second day he had to come and he was gracious and polite. He showed up and did the job, making sure if we had any concerns they were dealt with before he left.
Seth was very polite and professional. We had a leaky shower and he fixed it. We called this company and they had our issue fixed in less than 24 hours. Service: Shower repair
