Ben Franklin Plumbing

My mother called earlier this morningcause the tub backed up with sewage. Was told they will call the technician and let us know when they was coming. After multiple hours we called back and the lady that answered had gave us attitude and lied to us saying she called us back twice with no answer.

We had an emergency call out, and Michael Thurman showed up and did an amazing job sorting our issue out. We had a time delay on the second day he had to come and he was gracious and polite. He showed up and did the job, making sure if we had any concerns they were dealt with before he left.

I called them out and when they arrived the tech told me to call this another guy because he can do the same job at way better cost, so I did call his plumber and he came out took money says he fixed the problem and didn't , well needless to say problem aint fixed and Im out 1700 I called franklin and they won't stand good for him and there the ones that suggested him ? I can't understand how they suggested this other guy and the owner said he couldn't help me !
