My water heater was leaking, and it's less than 3 years old! I called Best Choice Plumbing to set up an appointment for a plumber to come out and see if he could diagnose and repair the problem. The phone staffer was courteous and asked several questions to make sure she sent the right person. Chad, the plumber, called me within an hour and was onsite in less than two hours. Our water heater went out 2 days before Thanksgiving and we had out of town guest over. The water heater went out at 3pm and I called them at 4pm. They said they could replace it the next morning between 8-10am. They got there around 9am and were done by noon! I was very pleased with the response time, professionalism and price.
