Called for a estimate to replace water heater and repair shower valve. Was able to get appointment in 2 days. Walter showed up for estimate and when I approved it and asked to set a date to begin, Walter said he should be able to start right away after he got the parts and water heater. He returned after about an hour stayed until he completed the water heater replacement and dry vent. It was late so he said he could return in the morning (Saturday) to replace the valve in the shower. He was true to his word and returned and completed the job. Need a great plumbing company? Justin did an amazing job! Very respectful and professional. He made quick of the work and was very knowledgeable. Great communication. Very thankful for him. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!

I called yesterday and got an immediate response with an appointment made for this morning. Justin called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. My problem was identified, explained, next steps discussed, and prices quoted all in a professional manner. I will call Clearwater for any future plumbing issues.
