My AC was having difficulties maintaining the temp. After a quick inspection, they provided me a quote the following day for $2,917. I asked the Service MGR for a breakdown of the cost (parts, labor, freon, etc.) and he refused to provide one essentially saying that's the price, take it or leave it. He stated it was company policy not to disclose the breakdown. I called another company who came and fixed the issue within minutes. My home AC is now back to cooling the home and it was a simple fix, not what was told to me by Watley. Unfortunate that this happened as I had them service my home previously without any issues. Unrealistic to think you're going to pull a # and not expect the customer to ask questions.
