I had a relatively small problem. One of my mini split system was low on refrigerant. I had unstalled it myself and it worked great for three years but one of the flange connections developed a slow leak. I contacted Bailey's. They sent a tech out within 24 hrs, tightened my connection and recharged the unit in 30 mins. Great service!

Had service come out on a Friday, needed new unit. Wad told they would call to comfirm time for Monday. Told them I would need a call to have someone come out since we would be out of town. No call, just showed up. Took them over 6 hours to put in. Would have been a lot shorter if they did not take so many smoke breaks. Told person at my house they were taking a 15 minute break, which turned into 30 minutes. Then at 11:30 told her they were taking a lunch break, she asked how long, they said 30 minutes, turned into an hour. The person at my house for me was my mom of 79 years old. She did not have anything with her but water. I believe it could have been installed a lot quicker. Love the unit not happy with install time. Service: Install AC
