Keith Heating & Air

I called Keith Heating & Air when my heat stopped working in January and they dispatched Richard out first thing in the morning to investigate. I had my own theories before he arrived, and he took the time to run through my theories and diagnose, explain and provide solutions for the actual problems at hand. I was very impressed with his knowledge and transparency and would absolutely use their services again.

Keith Heating and Air installed my system just over ten years ago. It has been pretty much trouble free since then. After ten years the theat pump quit working. I call and a tech was sent out promptly. He arrived on time and within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I was impressed with the skills the HVAC tech displayed as he diagnosed my system's problem. I am very pleased with professional service I received. I just wish Freon was not so expensive (not their fault). If I ever need a new unit, Keith Heating and Air will be my first choice. Thanks, Ralph Service: Heating system maintenance

New system installed and it is leaking condensation INSIDE MY HOUSE. Been trying to get them to come out for a month now. Also, the work they did failed electrical inspection. I'm having to hire an electrician to do it right so we can move in./31 Added 7/31: We called 3 times about the condensation after the garage doors were installed. The power wasn't even turned on until after the doors were installed. Keeping them closed helps but doesn't fix the problem. There's more than just that and we will be in touch again. So far as rudeness and cussing, from someone that called on my behalf, I apologize for that. I don't deal with people that way. Added 8/22: The owner has been coming and trying to remedy the various problems we are having with this installation. This has been a good faith effort and hopefully all the problems will be fixed.
