Hayden was very polite and respectful in every way. Was a pleasure having him here. Knowledgeable and determined to find and repair the problem. Great service - very friendly and professional. In the past, I have found heating and air companies (among other services) seem to take advantage of those who don't know anything about their systems - often suggesting things that you may not necessarily need / over charge you, etc. However, Jimmy was extremely informative, clearly explained how my system worked and took his time (not rushed) and seemed to be very trustworthy.
