Crosby Roofing & Seamless Gutters - Augusta, GA

This is more like 4.5 stars. They repaired our roof 2 years ago, and since then, our roof continued to leak. We initially were not pleased. Crosby made it right by returning several times to identify the problem and repair the damage. We are pleased and can trust them with honoring their word. We also had gutters put on our house. This gutter crew was amazing. They did a great job and willingly worked with us to our liking by suggesting what was best. Thank you.

Crosby Roofing has been a first class company to do business with. The sales professional Preston was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered every question and answered the phone everytime I called. The PM Anthony did the same. He had the crew show up on time as promised at 7 am and my roof was completely replaced by a large crew by 5 pm that day. They cleaned up all debris and left the yard looking good. Anthony did a walk through with me when they were done to insure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied. I would recommend Crosby Roofing to anybody in need of a roof replacement. I’m extremely happy with the seamless gutters installed on my house. The crew’s attention to detail, professionalism, and communication was very much appreciated. The gutter hangers were spaced out no more than 18” apart, so I wouldn’t be surprised if my gutters last a lifetime. It took about two months from quote to install, but I totally understand why; the value and quality is the best. I would highly recommend. Seth, Damien, and Johnny did a great job.
