B & W Roofing and Gutters

Terrible customer service. Your time does not matter to them. Wanted to give them a chance because they are local. Called on 12/23 to request someone check out my roof that was leaking in multiple places. Young lady advised guys "would be in my area" the next day (yes, Christmas Eve) and would call me a call. I advised her that I needed a later appointment because I sleep during the day for work. The next day, they didn't call to say they were coming or not (Strike 1). Then, I finally got a call back from Kyle on 12/30 (week later). I called back and scheduled a time for Kyle to come out on 1/9. On 1/9 (Friday), we waited around until an hour past the appointment time and called looking for him. The young lady checked and said that he had forgotten about us (Strike 2). I asked if he was planning on still coming and she said no, he was stuck in Atlanta, but couldn't we just reschedule for Monday? There was no apology or concern at all. B & W replaced our roof and did a great job and earned a lifetime customer.. we had already put our Christmas lights up and they offered to take them down and replace them.. professionalism and customer service were great!! Very recently hired B&W to re-roof, replace gutters, and paint exterior. Was very satisfied on all three jobs. All of the various workers were obviously knowledgeable, skilled, and very pleasant to work with. Have been a homeowner for about 45 years and have had to deal with many repair contractors. These guys have been the best. You might find someone cheaper, but you won't find someone better. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
