H&G Plumbing and Septic

H&G Plumbing is a great company to have on your side. I've recently had a pipe leak and Mr. Randy was able to get it fixed for me in reasonable amount of time. He was very helpful and informative and gave me a reasonable price. He didn't mind me asking questions which I thought was awesome and he answered them truthfully. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs in the future.

Randy of H&G Plumbing is a pure professional! He showed up early and completed a huge job (septic tank install) in record time! I had to give a star on this page, but they don't deserve it They deserve 0 STARS!!! I simply cannot even give them 1 star. This business was trying to give me the business. I am in need of a water heater replacement and expansion tank. I called this company and they sent out a young plumber (Zachary) to the house call. When he arrived he assessed the problem and then went to the truck to create an estimate. He came back with $1450. I asked him what he saw that was the problem and he asked, "Are you going to get the repair?" I told him that it was a little high an what was the problem? He stated that he couldn't tell me unless I would agree to the repair. He stated that it was his profession (plumbing) and that he couldn't just tell me what was wrong. Then he went to say that he would tell me if I paid for a diagnostic! This is OUTRAGEOUS! Who gives an estimate without telling the customer what is included in the repair?
