Absolutely the best, most timely roof repair company I could have called. We had as storm issue the night before our closing on the sale of the house. Blew off the satellite antennae and pulled a hole in roof where it was mounted. I had to go back to the attorney's office immediately and put up escrow money and a promise to have the roof repaired within two weeks. I called Platinum and they had an expert on site BEFORE I left the attorney office - gave me an estimate that day - had it repaired within one week. Doesn't get any better than that.
