It is so rare to do business with a service company worth leaving a positive, let alone rave review. Shazie is awesome! We’re in a heat wave and the AC froze up. I called umpteen-dozen local companies and understandably they are busy, but none had ANY availability for a week to 10 days - not even for a quick service call just to diagnose the issue. Shazie asked me questions about my issue and was willing to squeeze me in - THE SAME DAY. He communicated with me throughout the day and came as promised and got my AC back online the same day. He patiently explained and showed everything to me and offered several suggestions and solutions but didn’t try to upsell or strong-arm me into anything.
