I was in a pickle on Friday afternoon with no AC at all and they had a tech out to us by the end of the day. Easiest service call I’ve had to make. The tech Lee was great also. Knowledgeable, professional and efficient! He told me numerous times how much he loved his job!! We were chillin (pun was intended) in no time! Hopefully I won’t need anything in the near future but the number is saved and I’ll only call them next time!!! Service: A/C system repair

Cool Masters performed a complete new Heat Pump installation at our old house. The job was done quickly and professionally. They responded quickly to some questions we had about operations. Mike arrived on time, performed regular maintenance and found a problem which he repaired. He encountered a separate issue and worked for several hours to ensure that my system worked perfectly.
