We had a problem with our roof and chimney cap, both were leaking. I contacted Lindsay Lee, and she and Brock came to my home to inspect the roof. They determined that the roof failure was from wind damage. They filed a claim for me with my insurance company, and both came to meet with the claims adjuster, arriving before the adjuster to confirm the damage they initially discovered. The roof claim was verified by the insurance company, and the work was scheduled. Lindsay and Brock managed the project, and both were on site during the installation and supervised the install, debris removal, and property clean up. They were both very knowledgable, professional and thorough in assuring our complete satisfaction throughout the process. We recently had our entire roof replaced by Southern Tek Renovations. They did a superb work. Tyler Cameron, is the Senior Project Manager working in our project. Tyler worked directly with our Homeowners Insurance, making the whole process easy for us. He kept us always updated, communication was perfect and the attention and customer service was incredible. We had our roof replaced in one day, the workers were on time, very organized and left everything clean after the work was done.
