We bought a new house in January of 2022, and one of our more immediate needs was replacing the roof. I began speaking to Richard at Classic Roofing & Gutters well before our move, and even when things stalled with our HOA he was quick and helpful with answers and advice that helped me get things moving through the system. Once approved by the HOA the job was done quickly and efficiently, and other contractors we've had since have complimented the work done up there, so we've been very satisfied. Richard was very professional and friendly. He responded quickly and addressed all my home repairs. His team reported on time and cleaned up after each day. I have been a loyal customer of Classic Roofing since early 2007 and I will never use anyone else. Here's why: we had put an offer on a house that we absolutely loved, only to find out during inspection that what we thought was a pretty cool cedar roof was crumbling to dust and needed to be completely replaced with asphalt shingles. We didn't want to lose the house over it but knew it would be huge project. And it was - it needed to be taken down to the studs. We got multiple bids, and some companies even said the project was too difficult to undertake.
