I had a great experience with Findlay. Had an issue with my roof, Heath came out and thoroughly looked at the problem, recommended a fix (a minor repair) and a crew fixed it two days later. Was very impressed with the work completed on my mother’s roof…except for one small snag. The roof tiles over garage did not lay flat and seemed to get worse days after job was completed. Contacted company to review the area to make sure there was not an issue. They sent out a QA rep and he looked and said it was due to warped wood on the deck of roof. He agreed this part of the roof looked bad and said to correct the issue (the (deck) would need to be replaced and he would cover the new tiles but we would have to pay for new wood. (Which was not a problem.) He explained he would have to reach out to “Austin” and would get back with us. ( Great!! Right???) not exactly.. A week went by no response. I contacted company. Austin reached out to me a day later and explain that they only replaced damaged wood and to fix this issue we would need to pay an additional $1350. (Which was for new deck, tiles and labor). I explained that if wood was warped I would think this is damaged wood and felt
