Exactly what I was hoping for in a local company. The office answered by the 2 ring. They had their tech Kevin out within a hour. Repair complete with in 2 Service: Heating system repair
The response and appointments are prompt. The technicians always arrive on time. I have been taking the service from Scrangello HVAC and plumbing for the past 4/5 years to install and repair my AC, water heater and plumbing repair. Every time they did a great job. I lost heat in our crazy cold spell. I texted Scarangello around 6:30am. They texted right back and had Kevin here around 9ish. Drain pipes frozen, Kevin found a way to fix and get heat running again. Less than 1 hour! I had never previously used Scarangello, they will now be my new HVAC company.
