I called Graham plumbing to get a quote for a new Carrier condenser and HVAC system for the basement. His quote was not only affordable, but he was quick with coming to our home to check out the system, give us the quote, and set up installation. His guys were very professional. When the thermostat didn’t work, for some odd reason right after installation after the workers left (it was working when they installed it), the owner came back out to work on it himself and got it working ASAP. It was a quick and easy fix. We discovered a pipe leak while he happen to be there and he gave us a quote and came back the very next day to fix it for us. The icing on the cake was a leak we had from the master bathroom that wasn’t caught or told to us, due to our careless home inspector, which caused us to not be able to use our bathroom the entire time we have lived in the house June 2021-now 3/15/22).
